Vintage Children's Book Swap

I received my swap package from my lovely partner Jenny aka The Polka Dot Pixie. The wrapping was so special and of course had polka dots on it. She made me a beautiful books mark to use with my new books (please click the pictures to get a larger view)

The books Jenny chose are really special. Interesting stories and beautiful illustrations two of the books were published the year I was born. How is that for coincidence.

Also, one of the books from the early 70's still had the library card in it. How special

Thank you so much Jenny for the lovely treasures and hosting this fun swap

What wonderful books you got in the swap and to get some that were published the year you were born is pretty special too.

Ohh I love the pastel colors of childrens books, and when you find ones with library cards in them they're even better! Awesome gifts!

What treasures. And how fun to see the library card still there all these years later.
